With a healthy body and a sound mind, the path of life is easier and much more FUN to tread.Keith is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer with an additional ACE certification as a Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach. He holds a B.S. degree in health & physical education and coaching from Lock Haven University.
Keith helps many people achieve their fitness goals and enjoy exercise through his fun and energetic boot camp and TRX Suspension Training classes. He finds helping people change their lives to be addicting and loves sharing what he’s learned through his personal and professional experiences with fitness and nutrition.
