Regular exercise gives us the added energy we need to make it through the work week and life's daily challenges.Emily is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer and a Subject Matter Expert for the NASM Exam Board. Emily grew up with a passion for fitness, spending 12 years of her life as a competitive gymnast. She has taken the discipline and dedication derived from the sport and transferred it to her health and fitness career.
Before becoming a trainer, Emily spent 10 years managing human resources for small- to mid-size aerospace and defense companies. This corporate experience allows her to effectively relate to her busy clients as she understands the role exercise and physical fitness play in balancing corporate demands with personal lifestyles.
