John Johnson, President

6 years personal and small group training experience Philosophy: Good health provides the foundation for a long and prosperous life.

John is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer and holds a B.S. degree in Health and Fitness Promotion.

In 2005, he launched Synergy Health and Fitness to integrate his personal and professional enthusiasm for fitness with his desire to help others build a lifetime commitment to health and well-being. He has worked with clients in their homes, and at various fitness centers and outdoor venues.

His fitness-related interests include weight training, running, skiing, biking, and working with youth on athletic conditioning. Prior to starting Synergy, John owned and operated two successful Fastsigns franchises in Northern Virginia. In 2004, he sold these businesses to pursue a full-time career in the fitness industry.
