Miles

“I first met Miles when I enrolled in his boot camp class. Initially, I couldn’t run more than a mile without walking. By the end of boot camp, I was in much better shape. I learned so much that I began working with Miles as a personal training client. He continued to find ways to support my personal training goals and challenge me. He also encouraged me to sign up for his running group. At first, I was hesitant because I don’t really enjoy running. But Miles is so motivating that I agreed to try.
